I translate intended outcomes to an architecture for participation, understanding, practice, decision-making, and what happens afterward.
That may mean making complex expertise usable, designing opportunities to exercise judgment, shaping interactions and workflows, or connecting a live experience to sustained practice.
The goal isn’t simply an engaging experience. It’s one whose conditions support what people need to be able to do.

Bring architectural judgment into decisions that matter.
Complex organizational and design work rarely unfolds in a straight line. New evidence emerges. Assumptions fail. Priorities compete. Decisions in one part of the system affect another.
I work alongside leaders, internal teams, and consulting or design partners to challenge assumptions, synthesize evidence, assess tradeoffs, and shape the decisions that determine whether an initiative becomes real in practice.
This is sustained thinking and design partnership, not a detached recommendation handed over at the end.
