Work With Me
Bring me work that has to become real.
People learn from far more than formal instruction. They learn from what the work rewards, which questions are safe to ask, where judgment belongs, and what the surrounding conditions make possible.
When those lessons conflict with intended purposes, critical knowledge stays trapped, judgment is constrained, and change stalls. I diagnose that gap and design the learning conditions that help people understand the work, exercise judgment, and carry it forward.

Clarity Session: The Dr. Is In.
$200 | 75 minutes | Google Meet
Bring one important piece of work: a workshop, framework, rollout, session, gathering, artifact, or idea that is promising but not yet holding together.
In 75-minutes, we will examine what the work is asking people to learn, where its architecture supports or undermines that intent, and what needs to change before you can keep building. You will receive a written recap with the diagnosis, specific recommendations, and next moves.

Projects & Advisory Partnerships
Bring me in when an important program, rollout, capability, or experience depends on people understanding what the work requires, exercising judgment, participating meaningfully, or working differently…and the path from intent to practice is not yet clear.
I begin by diagnosis what people are being asked to learn, what the work is already teaching, and where those lessons conflict. From there, I may redesign the learning and participation architecture, make tacit expertise teachable, facilitate collective sensemaking, or advise alongside the work as it evolves.
What stronger learning architecture makes possible
The goal is not to simplify complex work. It is to make its logic, expectations, and possibilities available to the people who must participate in it.
When the architecture supports the intended learning:
People understand what the work requires and where their judgment belongs.
Tacit expertise becomes teachable without being flattened.
Participation supports attention, trust, choice, and agency.
Learning connects to decisions and actions beyond the room.
The real barrier - learning, process, documentation, tools, or working conditions - become easier to name.
The next move becomes more precise and easier to act on.
Where you might bring me in
The need may first appear as a training, communication, engagement, adoption, or experience problem. Bring me in when the deeper question is what people are learning from the work and whether the surrounding conditions support what needs to happen next.
Organizational learning and change
Programs, capability-building, leadership development, AI adoption, or change initiatives whose success depends on what people understand, how they exercise judgment, and whether learning reaches practice.
Expertise that needs to travel
Tacit knowledge, research, frameworks, or methodologies that others must understand and use without stripping away their complexity.
Consequential rooms and experiences
Workshops, conferences, retreats, activations, or other gatherings that must shape participation, produce meaning, and connect the live moment to what happens next.
You do not need to diagnose the problem before your reach out.
Tell me what you intended, what is happening instead, and what is at stake.
We can determine whether the right starting point is a Clarity Session, a diagnostic, or a larger project or advisory engagement.
